Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Transportation Conditions

We ship our products from China using two available methods:

  • By Air: Delivery to the EU, United States, and the Middle East typically takes 7 to 15 days.

  • By Sea: Delivery takes no more than 30 days to reach the final consumer.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, or geopolitical disruptions.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Non-returnable Products

Our black pottery art products are non-returnable due to their fragile nature. Once the product is delivered, inspected for damage, and signed for by the buyer, the transaction is considered final and complete.

2.2 Return Eligibility

If a buyer wishes to return a product that is not damaged, the following conditions must be met:

  • A reasonable explanation for the return must be provided.

  • The item must be undamaged, with original packaging intact.

  • The buyer must cover return shipping and any applicable customs duties.

Returns without a valid reason or those with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

2.3 Damaged or Problematic Goods

If the buyer receives a damaged or defective product, we encourage prompt communication. We are committed to resolving the issue through mutual negotiation, and we will honor reasonable requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

2.4 Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us and notify us of your intent.

  • We will provide the correct return address.

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, a refund will be processed within 30 days of notification.
